The DAO will initially be member-managed. Should algorithmic governance become active (e.g., via smart contracts or off-chain voting tools), it will operate under parameters defined in the DAO LLC Operating Agreement and subject to multisignature authorization.

The DAO LLC can integrate token-controlled access, multi-signature-based treasury control, and non-human agents for partial governance subject to member oversight.
